HOW TO CLEAN YOUR HERMETIC PRODUCT
Our FIDLOCK® HERMETIC products are not only very useful and durable, but also easy to clean. Regular care contributes to the performance and good appearance of the products, allowing you to enjoy your items even longer. After all, it is possible that white streaks may form on the plastic surface during prolon- ged use. These are natural residues of starch, as we rely on biological rather than conventional chemical treatment of our foil. To remove those white residues, you can simply wash your FIDLOCK® HERMETIC product. However, please make sure to adhere to the following instructions:

Washable in a washing machine at 30°C.
Place a sponge or similar object in the opening of the HERMETIC product between the magnetic strips, allowing the bag to
be thoroughly cleaned in- and outside.
Do not use washing powder, fabric softener, chlorine bleach or all-purpose cleaners.
Use only a small amount of non-abrasive detergent.
After the washing process, make sure that the HERMETIC product can dry completely and that there are no moist residues on the inside.

Please read these usage instructions thoroughly before first use, and retain them for future reference!
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
Not suitable for children under 3 years as this product contains small parts that are a choking hazard. Only use under adult supervision.
The HERMETIC dry bag contains magnets and should not be placed with- in the vicinity of electronic implants such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Please consult your doctor before use.
Not suitable for use in waters more than 30 m/100 ft deep.
Not suitable for use with liquids or food.
Not suitable for the protection from or storage of chemicals such as acids or bases.
Do not use sharp objects in the HERMETIC dry bag.
Always make sure the closure of the HERMETIC dry bag is free of dirt and debris (especially ferromagnetic debris such as metal dust or ferreous sand) so that the bag can be closed properly.
Clean the product with clear water after use in salt water or if contami- nated in any way.
Always check to see that the HERMETIC dry bag is sealed correctly be- fore each use. Should any abnormalities or deficiencies emerge, please contact your retailer.
Always keep a distance of 2 cm between the magnetic seal of the HER- METIC dry bag and credit cards etc. The chips in credit cards, electronic items or SD-Cards are not affected by the magnetic seal.
The HERMETIC dry bag is not suitable to store medication or other items/ equipment essential for survival. In the case of medication or equipment storage, please consult your doctor/pharmasist .

INTENDED USE
The HERMETIC dry bag is intended to protect non sharp objects from sand and water up to a depth of 30 m/100 ft.
Any use that deviates from this is considered abnormal handling and is prohibited as it can lead to malfunction, damage or injuries.
DISPOSAL
The HERMETIC dry bag can be disposed of in your regular trash. Please do consult the recycling regulations in your country before disposing.
LIABILITY
We have made every effort to make this instruction manual as detailled and exact as possible. Discrepancies cannot be excluded, allowing for the possibility of errors for which we assume no responsibility. We do not ac- cept any liability for any malfuctions deriving from misuse.
We cannot accept any liability if the HERMETIC dry bag is used for any purposes other than those intended, improperly used or repaired without authority.

Order Review

Only one exchange request per order is allowed within 14 days of purchase, and exchanges are granted only if specific conditions are met and exclusions do not apply.

Exchange Conditions

The products must be sent back within the stated exchange period.
The products must be in their original condition (intact, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with no stains or cosmetics) and must not affect the conditions for resale of the product.
The outer package of the product must be intact, including the plastic bag or box. Please do not attach any tapes or labels directly to our Packing. Instead, put the Packing into another box or bag. Additionally, the product accessories, instructions, tags, and labels should be kept intact.
If the product/parcel includes additional gifts (gifts with purchase promotion), please return the gift along with the product. The gift must be kept in its original condition as received. If the gift cannot be returned, we have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the indicated price.
Products with quality issues must have return or exchange requests made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that minor issues such as color variation, threads, and subjective reasons will not be considered as quality problems.

Return/Exchange with Quality Issues

If you have purchased a product with quality problems from the website, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Quality problems must be verified by our after-sales service center and should meet the "Return/Exchange Conditions" listed below. Please note the following:

Small threads, raw edges (commonly seen on apparel/ bags), color differences due to different monitors (different displays), thickness of the products, running threads, hand-feel, and similar details are not recognized as quality issues.
Return/exchange for reasons such as style, color, and subjective preferences do not apply to products with quality issues.
Damage caused by improper use, washing, or alteration, or other human factors will not be considered as a quality issue.
Products clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase, such as B-grade or products with identified cosmetic defects, are not considered as quality problems and are not accepted for return or exchange.
When selecting the size, please refer to the size chart and choose accordingly. The customer service team can only provide suggestions but cannot be the sole basis for your final purchase decision. If the return/exchange is related to size, it does not apply to products with quality issues.
The size specifications of the product should be subject to the actual product.

Return/exchange exclusions

Products not sold through Suburban's online or physical store;
Products purchased during specific offers or promotional events that explicitly state no return or exchange is allowed;
Customized products without quality problems;
Underwear, socks, swimwear, hydration system, and selected special edition/limited edition products without quality problems;
Products that have been used, washed, processed (e.g. altered in size), soiled, damaged, or have their logos cut, and other merchandise not in a re-saleable condition;
Loss of the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase;
Orders that exceed the specified return/exchange period;
Products that were clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase and then returned/exchanged with defective reasons;
Any other circumstances in which the consumer has no right to return/exchange according to this policy and the applicable law.
